Prices and cancellation
- Prices are per night indicated on the calendar.
- Per stay based on 2 persons. an additional amount for bed linen and facilities/consumption will be charged per additional guest.
- Maximum 4 guests.
- Including bed linen, towels and free WiFi.
- Excluding final cleaning $75 per stay (mandatory)
- Minimum number of nights 5
- In case of cancellation more than 3 weeks before arrival, we unfortunately cannot refund the 30% deposit.
- In case of cancellation within 3 weeks before the planned arrival day, no show or early departure, the entire booking amount is due.
- We advise you to at least take out cancellation insurance for cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
Check-in & check-out
- Check-in anytime between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM.
- Check-out before 12:00 pm/ 00:00 pm.
- Early check-in (without additional costs) in consultation upon availability.
- If desired, you can request a late check-out (6 pm) for an additional cost of €75.
Deposit
- For any damage to inventory or very excessive consumption of electricity, we ask for a deposit of $ 250 per booking / stay.
- The deposit will be refunded within 5 days after check-out from the stay.
- We reserve the right to settle any damage and additional costs not yet paid with the deposit received after check-out.
Tourist tax
As of July 1, 2022, the scheme has been adjusted whereby hotel and holiday home owners had to withhold tourist tax per day per person and pay it to the local government. Since that date, the tourist tax is levied directly and collected by the government itself. For non-residents, this amounts to $75 per visit per person to Bonaire, regardless of the length of stay. The tax applies to guests over 13 years old. Ages 12 and under are priced at $10.00 per visit per person. Here is the link to the government site where you can pay your tourist tax in advance. You can also pay on arrival at the airport, but this can lead to delays at customs due to queue formation, so we recommend that you arrange this in advance.
