UPDATE AVAILIBILITY

1st half year 2024
We (the owners) currently live in this apartment, it is our main residence. It is also the most beautiful apartment in the Elegancia resort (according to our neighbors) and the only one that also has air conditioning in the living room, they all have air conditioning in the bedrooms.

Summer and autumn 2024
We will be going to the Netherlands for a few months in the summer and autumn of 2024. If you are interested in staying for a longer period during that period - which is highly recommended! - please send us an e-mail or WhatsApp message. We can then discuss the conditions. Please note: because we house our personal belongings in one of the bedrooms, it is only rented as a 1-bedroom apartment, but still with a huge living area and fantastic sea views. It is therefore only suitable for 2 people.

From December 2024
This apartment is also available as a weekly short-term rental, for reservations of at least 6 days. Because we have moved ourselves, you will have a 2-bedroom apartment, suitable for 4 people. Consider prices of $210 per night in low season (until December 20) and $240 in high season (December 20 - February 28).
